Joe Windemuth is an experienced professional in the outdoor and apparel industries, currently serving as the Managing Director at Coal Headwear since September 2017. Previous roles include Independent Consultant at Team Windemuth, where collaboration occurred with various outdoor industry companies and startups on business development projects, and Consultant at Backcountry.com, focusing on private label strategies. As Executive Vice President of Backcountry Owned Brands, Joe Windemuth developed brand expansion strategies and enhanced supply chain management.
