Olivia Hallquist

Olivia Hallquist is an experienced human resources and operations leader, currently serving as the Head of People at Coalesce.io since March 2025. Prior to this role, Olivia held the same position at Scratchpad from September 2022 to February 2024 and served as Chief of Staff to the President at Lattice from January 2019 to September 2022. Olivia's career began at Athens Administrators, where responsibilities included Senior Human Resources Representative, Human Resources Representative, and Human Resources Assistant from September 2011 to May 2017. Additional roles include Leave of Absence Manager, EPD Operations Manager, and People Generalist at LendingClub between January 2017 and January 2019.
