Chuck Dickert

Chuck Dickert is a seasoned information security professional with extensive experience in information assurance and risk management. Currently serving as a Sr. Information Assurance Analyst at Veris Group, LLC since 2013, Chuck coordinates projects for a federal client. Previous roles include serving as a HIPAA Information Security Compliance Analyst at Maricom Systems, where expertise in the HIPAA Security Rule was utilized to support HHS investigations, and as a Senior Information Security Analyst at Transamerica Life Insurance Company, where collaboration on IT risk management and development of training programs took place. At AEGON, as the Division Information Security Officer, Chuck led information security efforts and ensured compliance with ISO 27002:2005 and SOX requirements. Early career experience includes leadership roles in technology support at Monumental Life Insurance, where improvements in help desk services and customer satisfaction were achieved. Chuck holds a B.A. from the University of Baltimore and has further education from Catonsville Community College, Bob Jones University, and Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
