Heidi Krumenauer

Heidi Krumenauer serves as the Director of Strategy, Transformation & Business Development at the Coalition Against Insurance Fraud since January 2025, bringing over 30 years of extensive experience in the insurance industry. Prior roles include Corporate Planning Lead at American Family Insurance from June 2015 to January 2025, where strategic oversight of portfolio management and implementation of initiatives was provided. Krumenauer also served as an Executive Committee Officer for the Coalition Against Insurance Fraud since December 2012. Throughout a lengthy tenure at American Family Insurance from 1992 to 2015, various leadership positions were held, including Customer Interaction Manager and Director roles in Special Investigations, Business Optimization, and Government Affairs. Krumenauer is an owner of HJK Communications and has contributed to small group writing seminars. Educational credentials include a Master Certificate in Executive Leadership from the University of Notre Dame and a BA in Technical Communications Management from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
