Richard Ha, MPA, currently serves as the Associate Director of Research Administration at the Coalition for Aligning Science, a position held since April 2025. Prior to this role, Richard Ha was the Director of External Programs at The New York Stem Cell Foundation Research Institute from August 2015 to March 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing a portfolio of early career scientists in stem cell and neuroscience research and leading education programs to expand access to STEM opportunities. Richard Ha's extensive experience includes various roles in external programs, spanning from Programs Assistant to Senior Manager at The New York Stem Cell Foundation. Earlier experience includes an internship in Student Affairs at Columbia Business School and a Program Intern position at the International Treatment Preparedness Coalition. Richard Ha holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Neuroscience & Behavior and East Asian Languages & Cultures from Columbia University and a Master of Public Administration in Nonprofit Management from Baruch College.
