Raina Singh

Raina Singh currently serves as the Deputy Regional Director for South and West Asia at C40 Cities, a position held since August 2021. Prior to this, Raina held several key roles at the National Institute of Urban Affairs, focusing on policy, partnerships, and urban resilience from November 2018 to August 2021. With extensive experience at The Energy and Resources Institute from 2010 to 2018, Raina contributed significantly to sustainable urban planning and governance. Raina also has a background in academia, having taught urban environment planning and climate-resilient cities at TERI School of Advanced Studies and trained over 250 urban transport practitioners on environmental assessments. Raina holds a Master of Planning in Urban Environmental Planning and a Bachelor of Planning in Physical Planning, both from the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi.
