Alicia Jiselle Sierra is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the health technology sector. Currently serving as a Coalition Member Advisor at the Coalition for Health AI (CHAI) since January 2025, Alicia has previously held roles such as AI Solutions Engineer at Steer Health, Solutions Architect at Aledade, Inc., and Technical Implementation Consultant at Spok. With foundational experience as an Information Technology Consultant at AMC Health and an Engineering Intern at NASA, Alicia began her career as an Implementation Consultant at Epic.
