Brian King

Brian King has worked in the technology industry since 1999. Brian began their career as a Senior Technician at UPS in 1999. In 2006, they moved to Broad and Cassel LLP as a Systems Engineer and Network Specialist, where they orchestrated the development and integration of Microsoft's imaging/deployment solutions, reduced TCO for technology, and tripled the efficiency of system deployment processes. Brian also successfully designed and executed a companywide workstation refresh, negotiating hardware specifications and pricing, then replacing/upgrading four-hundred systems within budget and ahead of deadline. In 2011, they moved to Rhino Technologies as a Lead Systems Engineer and Webmaster, where they coordinated and directed technology operations, engineered special projects, and operated as point-of-contact and incident manager concerning a full spectrum of enterprise systems and networking technologies. In 2020, they began working as a Freelance Web Developer (Full Stack). In 2021, they began working at Coalition for the Homeless of Central Florida as Director of Operations & Technology, where they oversee multiple grant-funded projects simultaneously, including $300k+ in capital improvements to buildings and property, and manages critical relationships with contractors and program liaisons. Brian also began working at TrustedTech as President and Chief Engineer, providing IT managed services and consultation in Central Florida.

Brian King has an education history that includes a Certificate in Full Stack Web Development from the University of Central Florida, which they completed in 2020. Brian also attended the Community College of Allegheny County in 2006 and the University of New Haven from 1997 to 1998. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including Ubiquiti Enterprise Wireless Admin (UEWA) from Ubiquiti Inc. in 2018, CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Network+ from CompTIA.
