Rhian Moore is an accomplished program leader currently serving as the Head of Programs at CAPE since January 2021, where the role includes overseeing diversity initiatives aimed at Asian American and Pacific Islander communities in the entertainment industry. Notable contributions include the launch of various fellowships and incubators. Prior experience includes roles at CA Healthy Nail Salon Collaborative as Programs Manager and Integrated Voter Engagement Canvassing Team Lead, where significant outreach and data collection efforts were made during the COVID-19 pandemic. As the Content Manager at Traktivist, Rhian played a key role in promoting music by Asian North Americans. Additionally, Rhian was a Fulbright Recipient, managing a statewide music-focused English camp in collaboration with the U.S. Embassy. Rhian holds a Bachelor's Degree in Music from Pomona College, with earlier education at South Pasadena High School and Colburn School of Performing Arts.
