Megan Hall is an accomplished strategic advisor and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in various sectors, including healthcare, education, and professional services. Currently, Megan serves as the Founder of Orchard Advisory and a Founding Operator at Coalition Operators, while also contributing as an Angel Investor with TBD Angels since 2021. Previously, Megan held key leadership roles such as Vice President of Transformation and Chief Strategic Advisor at CVS Health, and Vice President of Operations at Iora Health. Notably, during tenure at athenahealth, Megan played a pivotal role in driving revenue growth from $325 million to $925 million. Megan's early career included impactful positions at Axiom, AlleyCorp, Bain & Company, and Pacific Community Ventures.
