Neal also serves as a CX Strategist / Founding Partner at Evolve Partners, focusing on creating real CX differentiation. Previously, Neal has held leadership roles at companies such as Experient Group, Honeywell, AT&T, and IBM iX, where Neal led teams and drove focus on designing exceptional customer experiences and service design. Neal holds a Bachelor's degree in Design and Applied Arts from the California Institute of the Arts.
