Joe Toomey

Joe Toomey is an accomplished technology and security professional with extensive experience leading engineering and security teams at top companies. Currently serving as the Head of Security Engineering at Coalition, Inc., Joe previously held senior director roles at VMware Carbon Black, where leadership involved overseeing various engineering teams focused on security analytics, threat research, and the development of the Carbon Black Cloud products. Joe's career began at IBM, advancing through multiple roles that included Rational Security Strategist and lead positions on various projects. Joe holds a BS in Math/Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University.
