Shannon Frick is an Applied Behavioral Sciences Specialist at Coarc, where Shannon monitors and develops behavioral supports for individuals with disabilities. Shannon also serves as a School to Work Coordinator, placing students with disabilities in community worksites. Shannon has experience as an Independent Living Skills Trainer and has taught as a Visiting and Adjunct Professor at The College of Saint Rose. Its mission is to expand abilities, one person at a time, so individuals experiencing disabilities can achieve their individual goals. Coarc provides vocational and employment services, residential and supportive community services, day activity programs, service coordination, legal and family support services, children's services, community habilitation, respite services, recreation opportunities, traumatic brain injury services and contract manufacturing.
