Shannon Burke

Shannon Burke has a significant amount of experience in the dental industry. Shannon started their career at Coast Dental in 2007 as an Office Manager, where they focused on building successful practices and improving team performance. In 2010, they were promoted to District Manager, overseeing a team of 100 employees and achieving impressive revenue growth of 26% over a four-year period. Shannon then joined Aspen Dental Management, Inc. (ADMI) in 2015 as a Regional Manager, responsible for supporting seven practices in Tampa. Shannon later became the Interim Director of Operations, managing a territory of 36 practices and building strategic relationships with key stakeholders. In 2018, Shannon returned to Coast Dental as the Director of CoastConnect Operations before being promoted to Vice President Operations, CoastConnect in 2019. Throughout their career, they have excelled in operations management, team leadership, and exceeding performance goals.

Shannon Burke attended Edison State Community College from 2000 to 2002 and pursued a field of study in General Studies. Additionally, Shannon achieved an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant Certification from Nova Southeastern University. Furthermore, Shannon pursued a field of study in Legal Assistant/Paralegal at Southwest Florida College.
