Anne Hargrove

Anne Hargrove has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. In their most recent position as Chief Operating Officer at Coast Guard Exchange (USCGCSC) since June 2022, they oversee the company's operations. Prior to that, they held the role of Regional Manager at Pilot Company from August 2020 to May 2022. Anne also has significant experience at Belk, where they served as Regional Vice President for various regions, Store Manager, Divisional Merchandise Coordinator, and Merchandise Coordinator from 2007 to 2020. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Operations Manager at Dillards from July 2003 to July 2007, and as a Store Manager at Lord & Taylor for ten years from 1993 to 2003.

Anne Hargrove completed their education at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro from 1990 to 1994, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. Prior to their university studies, they attended Einstein High School from 1987 to 1990, where they pursued general studies.
