Nichole Williams

Nichole Williams, SHRM-CP, has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various leadership roles. Their most recent position was as the Assistant Director of Human Resources at Coast Guard Exchange (USCGCSC) starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Federal EEO Investigator at Imergent Investigations from August 2022 to December 2022. From May 2020 to June 2022, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Children's Harbor. Before that, they were the Director of HR and Operations at MaidPro from March 2014 to February 2020. Additionally, they held the position of Vice President at Forensic Analysis & Engineering Corporation (FAEC) from February 2013 to March 2014. Nichole's early career included roles at Apollo Education Group, where they were a Workforce Solutions Advisor- Talent Development from September 2011 to February 2013, and a Corporate Human Resource Account Manager from September 2010 to September 2011.

Nichole Williams, SHRM-CP, obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Hawaii Pacific University. Nichole completed their degree between the years 2000 and 2003. Additionally, Nichole has obtained several certifications, including being a Workplace EEO Investigator Certified and a Federal Investigator MD-110 Certified from AMEDIATE LLC in July 2022. Nichole also holds a SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM, which they obtained in December 2021.
