Lizzie Roland

Lizzie Roland is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in various roles within the recruitment industry. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Northrop Grumman since February 2023, Lizzie supports engineering groups across the Aeronautics Systems sector. Prior to this role, Lizzie was a Senior Talent Acquisition Lead at Prime Technical Services Inc. and has held positions at Salesforce as an Account Manager, Apex Systems as a Technical Recruiter, and at Henry & Pearl's LLC in team management roles. Notably, Lizzie was recognized as the first recruiter in the Southeast district to qualify for the “Presidents Club” at Apex Systems. Lizzie is an Arizona State University alumnus.
