Susan Hancock

Susan Hancock is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in community development and corporate communications across various organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Communications and Community Development at Coast Mental Health since August 2018, Susan is dedicated to sharing the lived experiences of clients. Previous roles include Senior Communications Specialist at BC Housing, where Susan focused on media relations and event planning, and Community Investment roles at BC Hydro, managing corporate sponsorships. With additional experience at Powertech Labs, LMI Technologies, and OMD Media, and educational credentials including a Masters in Professional Communications and a Project Management Professional designation, Susan possesses a well-rounded expertise in strategic communications and project management.
