Gary Tosh

Gary Tosh is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in infrastructure asset management and project support. Currently serving as the Capital Infrastructure Support Project Manager at Coast Mountain Bus Company since November 2020, Gary previously contributed significantly to the Vancouver Fraser Port Authority as an Asset Management Coordinator, where expertise was applied in developing the Port of Vancouver's asset management system. Notable achievements include authoring asset management policies and conducting baseline assessments for infrastructure conditions. Earlier in Gary's career, as a Software Analyst at Oracle, support was provided to programming teams through SharePoint administration and database management. Gary holds a Master of Engineering Leadership in Urban Systems from The University of British Columbia, alongside multiple certificates and degrees in asset management, project management, geography, and GIS.
