Chad L. Leverette

Chad L. Leverette is currently the Dean of the Gupta College of Science at Coastal Carolina University. Prior to this, they served as the Dean of the College of Sciences and Engineering at the University of South Carolina Aiken from August 2004 to July 2022. Before their transition into academia, Leverette worked as a Senior Research Scientist for Global Research and Development at Cargill, Incorporated from January 2001 to August 2004.

Leverette received their undergraduate degree from The University of Georgia and then went on to Erskine College for their graduate degree.
