Laura Cale Adams

Ms. Adams began her career as an attorney with Jenkins & Gilchrist in Dallas, then joined Venable Baetjer & Howard LLP in Baltimore, where she focused on corporate tax and ERISA work, and advised non-profit organizations. She is currently the Vice President of Administration for the rapidly growing IMI, Inc. In this role she is responsible for the accounting, tax and administrative functions of IMI. While raising three children, she also held leadership roles with a range of non-profit and volunteer organizations including the Colorado/Wyoming Vizsla Rescue Group, the Denver Ballet Guild and the children’s schools. Ms. Adams earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Virginia (1981), and a law degree from the University of Texas (1984).
