Brittany Barrow

Brittany Barrow is an experienced operations professional currently serving as Operations Lead at Coastal Community Bank since April 2021. In this role, Brittany has successfully cultivated relationships with key client staff and CCBX partners, ensured contract compliance, and provided essential support during partner meetings. Prior to this, Brittany held the position of Risk Specialist at Simple Finance, where responsibilities included managing dispute resolution processes and adhering to regulatory standards, as well as providing customer service for fraud claims. Additional experience includes roles as a Customer Relations Specialist at Simple Finance, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction, and as Preschool Coordinator at both Joyful Noise Child Development and West Hills Learning Center. Brittany holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Science from Portland State University and a prior education from Portland Community College.
