Tom Elfers

Tom Elfers is an experienced professional currently serving as an AML Triage Analyst at Coastal Community Bank since June 2023. Previously, Tom worked as an Analyst at AML RightSource from September 2021 to June 2023. Tom’s background includes serving as an Employment Specialist at Ohio Valley Goodwill Industries and as a Food Service Director at Colonial Heights & Gardens. Tom also held the position of General Manager at Breads of the World - Panera Bread Company and was the Owner of Community HomeCare, a full-service home maintenance business. Additionally, Tom gained management experience at Marriott International. Tom holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Northern Kentucky University and an AB in Political Science, Philosophy, Theology, Military Science, and Peace Studies from Xavier University. Education was completed at Beechwood High School.
