Tor Bøe-Lillegraven

Tor Bøe-Lillegraven, PhD, is an accomplished data management professional currently serving as Chief Data Officer at ING, overseeing global data management across multiple functions including Technology, Analytics, Finance, and Risk since February 2023. Previously, Tor held the position of Chief Data Officer at Royal Schiphol Group from October 2019 to February 2023, leading a team of approximately 150 data experts to optimize data, AI, and analytics for one of the world's most digitalized airports. Tor’s career also includes significant roles at eBay as Global Head of Big Data and Head of Strategy and Analytics, and as VP of Business Consulting & Analytics at Stibo DX. Earlier, Tor served as Chief Technology Officer at Schibsted and gained extensive experience in technology and product management at VG. Academic qualifications include a PhD from Copenhagen Business School and advanced studies at esteemed institutions such as the University of Cambridge and San Diego State University.
