Tabatha Ball

Tabatha Ball is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in operational leadership and growth within non-profit healthcare systems. Currently serving as Chief Growth and Development Officer at Coastal Community Health since February 2025, Tabatha has previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at MCR Health, Inc. from April 2023 to January 2025, overseeing a large network of healthcare centers and services across Florida. Prior to that, Tabatha was the Chief Operating Officer at Agape Community Health Center, Inc., managing daily operations and compliance while focusing on holistic patient care from 2016 to April 2023. Experience also includes serving as Director of Health Services Operations at Sulzbacher Health Center from 2014 to June 2016, leading various clinic operations for a Federally Qualified Health Center. Tabatha holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Health Management from Keiser University and a Bachelor of Arts in Health Administration from the University of North Florida.
