Alina Zutz

Alina Zutz currently serves as the Senior Manager of Human Resources at Coastal Community, a position held since January 2012, where responsibilities include strategic HR leadership across four vital areas: HR Technology Systems & Solutions, Benefits & Disability Management, Employee Information, and Employee Experience. Previous roles at Coastal Community include Manager of Human Resources, HR Solutions Delivery Manager, HRIS Analyst, and HR Advisor on a mat leave contract. Prior to this, Alina worked as an Internal Auditor at PRA Canada, focusing on Risk Management for Credit Unions in British Columbia and Ontario. Alina's career began at Coastal Community in 2006 as an HR Administrator and Member Service Representative. Alina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and a Diploma in Management from Vancouver Island University.
