Justin Starnes

Justin Starnes is an experienced Assistant Project Manager currently with Coastal Construction Company since August 2022. Prior to this role, Justin served as an Assistant Project Manager and Assistant Superintendent at Clancy & Theys Construction Company from May 2020 to January 2022, and as an Assistant Superintendent at W.M. Jordan Company from May 2019 to May 2020. Justin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science from James Madison University, obtained in 2019.
