Michael Santiago

Michael Santiago is an accomplished Superintendent with extensive experience in the construction industry, specializing in MEP/FP projects. Currently serving at Coastal Construction Company since July 2023, Michael previously worked at Skanska, where significant contributions were made to the Signia by Hilton hotel project in Atlanta. Prior to that, a significant tenure at AECOM Hunt involved oversight of multiple high-value developments, including a $1.3 billion hotel and residences project and a $500 million hotel and condo in West Hollywood. Michael's career also includes project management roles at dck worldwide and various technical positions in HVAC design, culminating in a comprehensive skill set developed through diverse projects across North America and experience in international markets. Michael holds a degree as an HVAC-state-certified Engineer and is backed by over two decades of expertise in the field.
