Sebastian Militello is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in the construction industry. Currently serving as a Project Manager and previously as an Assistant Project Manager at Coastal Construction Company since October 2021, Sebastian is responsible for representing the company in communications with clients, architects, and subcontractors, as well as managing the financial aspects of contracts and project reports. In addition, Sebastian has been the President and Manager of Exakt.US since December 2016, overseeing business development, contract administration, and operations for both residential and commercial projects. Sebastian holds a Master’s degree in Construction Management from the University of Miami and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from Miami Dade College.
