Christa Baade is a seasoned program developer with extensive experience in employment and training services. Currently with Coastal Enterprises since June 1999, Christa Baade assesses employment and training needs for low-income individuals, acts as a liaison between businesses and service providers, and establishes partnerships to enhance workforce development. Prior to this role, Christa Baade served as the Regional Employer Assistance Coordinator and Career Center Manager at Coastal Economic Development (now Midcoast Maine Community Action) from 1985 to June 1999, where responsibilities included managing employment program activities, coordinating initiatives for laid-off workers, and overseeing apprenticeship programs. Christa Baade holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Southern Maine.
