Brandon Phelps

Brandon Phelps, CISSP, currently serves as the Director of Cyber Programs at the Richard O. Honeycutt Foundation and as a Cyber Security Analyst/Engineer at Coastal Credit Union. With a solid foundation in cybersecurity, Brandon previously led a 12-member cybersecurity team in the US Army, where significant achievements included overseeing the resolution of over 50 security incidents annually and spearheading proactive threat hunting initiatives. Experience as a Product Development Analyst at PSCU highlights Brandon's ability to manage technical relationships and contribute to product development strategies. Early career positions as an IT Project Manager at Point & Pay, LLC, and as an Integration Support Engineer at PayPal demonstrate proficiency in implementation processes and technical guidance. Brandon holds a Master of Engineering in Cybersecurity from Duke University, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems and an Associate in Applied Science in General Studies.
