Deb Glidden

Deb Glidden, CUHRCP, has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the HR Compliance and Organizational Developer at Coastal Federal Credit Union since September 2001. In this position, Deb ensures compliance with HR regulations and focuses on enhancing company culture, talent development, compensation, and workforce planning. Prior experience includes a role as a Recruiter, where responsibilities encompassed developing attraction strategies, maintaining OFCCP compliance, and conducting interviews. Additionally, Deb operated as a self-employed Writer/Presenter from June 1991 to April 2013, creating and delivering seminars on various topics. Earlier experience includes a managerial position at GNC, emphasizing servant leadership and team development. Education credentials include a CU HR Compliance Certification from the Credit Union National Association and a Bachelor of Arts in art and psychology from York College of Pennsylvania.
