Justine Gunn

Justine Gunn is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications and digital services sector. Since March 2004, Justine has held various roles at Spark New Zealand, including Lead Legal Business Partner, Acting Company Secretary, and Senior Counsel for Suppliers, contributing to the company’s growth as one of New Zealand’s largest firms. Prior to Spark, Justine served as Assistant General Counsel for Gen-i, leading a team of lawyers to support ICT services for corporate and government clients in New Zealand and Australia. Justine's early career includes several solicitor roles at prestigious law firms, including Charles Russell Speechlys LLP, Kingsley Napley, and Duncan Cotterill. Justine holds both a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History from the University of Canterbury, completed between 1989 and 1994.
