Michele Owens

Michele Owens currently serves as the Teller Center Manager at Coastal Credit Union, overseeing a team of four Teller Managers responsible for the day-to-day management of three Teller Centers, supporting over 50 tellers and 6 Teller Operations Specialists. With a solid background in account management and development, Michele has also held roles such as Sr Account Manager and Account Manager, where responsibilities included managing relationships with credit union members and assisting with account services. Previous experience includes positions at Freedom Federal Credit Union as Director of Membership Development and Marketing, as well as roles in retail banking, claims processing, and marketing management at various organizations. Michele holds a BA in Sociology from North Carolina Wesleyan University.
