L. Montrel Miller has a diverse professional background with a focus on community health, workforce development, and sports coaching. Since March 2015, L. Montrel Miller has served as the CoC Coordinator at Coastal Horizons Center, Inc., managing four federal grants related to substance use disorders, mental health, and communicable diseases, particularly advocating for HIV and Hepatitis C prevention.
