Steph Doughty

Steph Doughty has a background in psychology and has held various HR and management positions in companies such as Coastal Housing Group, SA Brain and Company Ltd, Coffee#1, and Neath Port Talbot Youth Offending Team. Steph's experience ranges from being a General Manager to a Volunteer at the Youth Offending Team. Steph holds a Master of Science in Forensic Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Cardiff Metropolitan University.
