Kent Winkelseth has extensive experience in the mortgage industry, spanning over two decades. Kent started their career as a Loan Officer at Dellwood Mortgage Company in 1998. In 2000, they joined Guaranty Bank FSB as a VP - Production / Sr. Loan Officer, where they helped numerous clients achieve their dream of homeownership. Kent also worked with builder partners, real estate professionals, and referrals in Florida and Texas. In the same year, they joined Shelter Mortgage as the Vice President of Residential Lending and continued to excel in helping clients achieve homeownership for over two decades. In 2021, they joined FBC Mortgage, LLC and subsequently Coastal Loans, LLC as a Managing Director.
