Allyson Manning

Allyson Manning is a seasoned Nurse Care Manager with experience at Coastal Medical since November 2014, where responsibilities include managing a panel of medically complex patients and supporting providers in managing chronic health conditions. Prior to this role, Allyson held the position of Director of Community Care Management at Thundermist Health Center from July 2010 to November 2014, overseeing a team of healthcare professionals and developing a Community Health Team. Earlier in the career at Thundermist, Allyson also served as a Nurse Care Manager, focusing on patient care transitions and managing high-risk populations.
