Meghan Beauregard is a skilled nursing professional with extensive experience in various roles within healthcare. Currently serving as the Transitions of Care RN Team Lead at Lifespan since April 2019, Meghan previously worked as an RN Case Manager at Visiting Nurse of HopeHealth and as a Registered Nurse MDS Coordinator at Saint Elizabeth Community. Meghan holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Rhode Island College, obtained between 2014 and 2017, and an Associate Degree in Nursing from the Community College of Rhode Island, completed in 2011. Additionally, Meghan earned a Bachelor of Science in Financial Services and Business Management from Johnson & Wales University, which was completed in 2008.
