Jackie Giordano

Jackie Giordano has been working in payroll and human resources for over 10 years. Jackie started their career as an Implementation Specialist at Oasis Outsourcing, where they worked closely with sales and HR to assess and strategize new client specifications to determine appropriate implementation. Jackie then transitioned to Coastal Payroll, where they are currently an Implementation Supervisor. In this role, Jackie manages and coordinates transition timelines for all new clients, ensuring that their payrolls are processed accurately and on time. Jackie also trains new clients on their chosen payroll processing method (web, excel import, time clock interface, or time sheets via fax) and reviews and implements customized general ledger reports for new clients.

Jackie Giordano has a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. Jackie also has certification from the American Payroll Association in Fundamental Payroll Certification.

Monica Dickerson - Implementation Specialist, Chris Clemons - Implementation Specialist, and Kathryn Caparelli - Implementation Specialist report to Jackie Giordano. Their manager is Amanda Jacob, Director of Implementation.
