Teya Ravenell

Teya Ravenell is a Human Resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and personnel management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Representative for Coastal Pediatric Associates since May 2022, Teya previously held the role of Human Resources Specialist at Interim Healthcare of Charleston, where oversight of the hiring process and full-cycle recruiting was emphasized. Teya began a career in Human Resources at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®), progressing from Human Resources Coordinator to Training Assistant and Voice Reservation Specialist, demonstrating a strong foundation in recruitment and employee training. Earlier experience includes customer service roles at T-Mobile and Food Lion, enhancing communication and leadership skills.
