Genie Lancaster

Genie Lancaster is an experienced broker with a robust career in real estate spanning over three decades, beginning in 1992. Currently serving as an Experienced Broker at Coastal Properties since June 2012, Genie has previously held positions as Broker/Associate at Coastwalk Real Estate and as Broker/Owner at Lancaster Realty. Prior to these roles, Genie worked as a REALTOR at Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Realty and gained foundational experience in the corporate sector at Hewlett-Packard, where responsibilities included Contracts Manager and Coordinator. Genie holds a BS in Business Management from both the University of Maryland and UNC-Chapel Hill.
