Adam also has experience in water quality monitoring and inspection, project engineering/administration, geotechnical engineering, and field and laboratory soil classification tests. Adam holds a Master's degree in Ocean/Coastal Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Military Institute.
