John Kerr is an experienced professional in environmental inspection and construction management. Currently serving as an Inspector Grade 23 and Permitting and Code Enforcement Inspector 3 with Montgomery County Government since September 2021, John has built a robust career in environmental oversight. Prior roles include Senior Environmental Inspector at Coastal Resources, Inc., and multiple positions as Environmental Construction Manager at KCI Technologies, Inc. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Horticulture from the University of Maryland, obtained between 1979 and 1983.
