Allison Jividen

As Director of Human Resources, Allison leads all aspects of the firm’s human resources practices and processes including recruiting, employee benefits and payroll, employee relations, and the employee experience. Since joining Coastal Ridge in 2016, she has been integral in growing the company to an organization of 500+ diverse associates and one which has been recognized as Globe Street’s Best Places to Work in commercial real estate series. Prior to working at Coastal Ridge, Allison was a Human Resources Manager for a national facility management company. She graduated from The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business and currently holds the Senior Certified Professional designation from the Society for Human Resource Management. Allison resides in Columbus, Ohio, with her family.
