Barbara O'Leary

Barbara O'Leary is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Human Resources at NVNA and Hospice, a position held since October 2023, Barbara previously held the title of Vice President of Human Resources for Naval Systems & Sensors at Ultra Maritime from May 2019 to October 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Director and Accounting/HR Manager at Ultra Electronics Ocean Systems, and as Assistant Controller at Champion Exposition Services. Barbara began a career in accounting at Children's Medical Ventures Inc., ultimately serving as Accounting Manager. Barbara holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Northeastern University, earned between January 1985 and January 1989.
