James Gilliland is an experienced professional in asset management with a strong background in multifamily real estate. Currently serving as Vice President of Asset Management at Coastal Ridge Real Estate since June 2024, James previously held the same title at Osso Capital from September 2021 to June 2024, as well as the roles of Senior Associate and Investment Manager at Passco Companies, LLC from June 2018 to September 2021, managing assets across several Southern states. James's career began at Cushman & Wakefield as an Analyst in Multifamily Investments & Analytics, and also included positions at CoStar Group. James holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Publication Management from The University of Georgia, earned in 2013.
