Weston Murphy

Weston Murphy currently serves as Vice President of Asset Management at Federal Realty Investment Trust, a prominent real estate investment trust focused on retail and mixed-use neighborhoods since September 2025. Prior to this, Weston held the position of Vice President of Asset Management at American Realty Advisors from September 2022 to September 2025, specializing in institutional quality commercial real estate portfolios. Experience at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield included roles as Director, Asset Manager, and Operating Analyst from December 2018 to September 2022, where Weston contributed to the management of premier retail assets. Additionally, Weston served as a Board Member for the Warner Center Association from August 2021 to August 2022, and held the position of Senior Analyst at Rosewood Realty Group from July 2016 to November 2018. Early career experience includes consulting for Quorum Business Solutions from August 2014 to June 2016. Weston holds a Bachelor of Science in Management (Entrepreneurial Track) and Marketing from Tulane University, completed in 2014, and graduated from Sleepy Hollow High School in 2010.
