Patrick co-founded Coastal Ridge in 2013 and has primarily overseen Coastal Ridge’s investment division while serving on its board of directors.
Prior to co-founding Coastal Ridge, Patrick was a co-founder and managing partner of Manhattan Partners, a multi-strategy private equity firm based in Los Angeles, California, and a principal at The Walnut Group, a private equity firm in Cincinnati, Ohio. A graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, with a Bachelor of Arts degree concentrating in Entrepreneurship and Political Science, he is a member of the Urban Land Institute Student Housing Development Council and UCLA’s Orthopedic Institute for Children advisory
