Teena Nguyen

Teena Nguyen is a seasoned professional in project management with over 13 years of experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as the Senior Capital Projects Manager at Coastal Ridge Real Estate since September 2019, Teena has demonstrated expertise in managing capital projects. Previously, Teena held the role of Project & Asset Manager at JDS Companies/Cityspace from April 2010 to April 2022, and served as Regional Manager at Dhospitality from June 2007 to February 2010. Teena's early career includes a position as a Seasonal Intern at Bass-Schuler Entertainment in 2007. Teena holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, with a minor in Finance from Franklin University.
